1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Mainland UK only) 

  • Standard Shipping: £4.50 or free for orders over £30.00. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: £8.99. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays or peak holiday seasons.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use this number to monitor your package’s journey. If there are any issues with tracking, please contact us at georgina@vanmalicandlescompany.com

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • Returned Packages: Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order number. We will be happy to provide a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
